Wall Bed Guarantee
The CREATE-A-BED® hydraulic wall bed lift mechanism is the
most advanced system on the market. By using a system with few moving
parts and a closed hydraulic component that requires no adjusting,
Wall Beds International LLC offers a 10 year unlimited warranty,
original purchaser only, on all mechanical parts. Likewise, the
cabinetry is made from the finest quality plywood and hardwood components
assembled in a manner that affords little chance for failure or
problem, therefore, we provide the same 10 year warranty, original
purchaser only, on all cabinet components that were fabricated,
assembled, and installed by our company. We take no responsibility
for the performance of a wall bed system and/or hardware components
(sold by our company) that were not fabricated and assembled by
representatives of our company or for a wall bed system improperly
fabricated, assembled and/or installed by the end user.
In the unlikely event that failure occurs, prompt (48 hours or less)
notification from time of failure must be made by telephone: 1-800-987-2818,
email: sales@wallbedsusa.com, or fax: 972-775-3696 listing: original
purchase invoice number, name of purchaser, telephone number, address
of purchaser, address where product is located (if different),
and brief description of problem. |
Our Refund Policy
All sales of “Wall Bed Shop” custom designed and fabricated
product are final once designs and specifications are approved by
customer and deposit is received. For standard (non-custom) products,
full refund is available prior to shipping or delivery. We do not
charge for space planning, product design, site inspections, etc.
However, if an order is canceled, reasonable compensation for these
services will be deducted from the deposit. All products of the Wall
Bed Shop are warranted to perform as specified for a period of 10
years from the date of delivery, installation, and/or acceptance
by customer. After ten years, our wall beds are still covered by
a limited warranty for parts and material. Customer is responsible
for inspecting all shipped products upon receipt to insure damage
has not occurred. The Wall Bed Shop will not warrant performance
of product for damage in transport or for improper assembly
and installation. Customer should follow provided assembly and install
instructions. In the rare event that product does not perform as advertised
after all assembly and install instructions have been followed and
product is certified free of damage, The Wall Bed Shop agrees to
refund in full the sales price of the product upon return and receipt
of said defective product and product is certified defective or
a site inspection is conducted by a certified product inspector
who certifies product to be defective. At the Wall Bed Shop’s
option, product may be repaired or replaced to customer’s
satisfaction in lieu of reimbursement of sales price.
Note: Credit card customers must sign and date this “Refund
Policy” before order can be processed and approved.
