"The Wall Bed Shop" is the marketing and sales branch
of Wall Beds International, LLC, a registered Limited Liability
Company based in Midlothian, Texas. The Wall Bed Shop is a joint venture
combining 25 years experience in custom cabinet industry, 14 years
experience in the design and manufacturing of high end bedding products,
and 8 years together creating and fabricating custom, unique, Murphy
style wall beds and related cabinetry.
Creative designs, innovative space planning, hand crafting and
fabrication, and use of the most advanced hydraulic lift system
on the market combine to make this wall bed team the best and most
professional anywhere. By offering several choices of wood, finish,
hardware, design style, and functionality, each system The Wall
Bed Shop Team creates reflects their desire to put the customer
first in both quality of material and workmanship as well as in
creating the ultimate in design functionality.
Partnership Opportunity
Wall Beds International, LLC desires to increase market share through
a multifaceted, internet based, world wide marketing program designed
to increase sales and benefit others in the process. In this pursuit,
Wall Beds International, LLC has developed a free standing Wall
Bed Marketing Kiosk (WBKiosk) featuring: twin vertical wall bed,
wardrobe, and computer center with internet interface, that occupies
approximately 12 sq.ft. of floor space. Ideally, the venture will
involve four participates i.e. Placement Agent, Host Site, Mission
Representative, and The Wall Bed Shop.
The Placement Agent will arrange for one or more WBKiosk to be
placed in his area at Host Sites that meet predetermined criteria.
Kiosk ownership will be determined by the level of investment from
each party involved which in turn will determine their respective
share of sales generated by that area's WBKiosk network. |
Wall Beds International, LLC will provide:
- WBKiosk equipment at cost plus 10%
- Unique Web Site for each Kiosk/Host location in the WBKiosk
Coop.
- Coop. advertising and marketing in the Coop. area
- WBKiosk site linking to Master Site
- Local Home/Trade Show support
- Prospect referrals from master site
- *Humanitarian Aid affiliation - Liaison and oversight
* Local Humanitarian Aid organizations (church based) will be
identified and approached with an offer to provide a certain level
of funding (donation) based on some percentage of sales made through
the local WBKiosk Coop. Specific Mission Projects will be reviewed
for consideration and selected by The Missions Team at Wall Beds
International, LLC. One or more of these projects will be submitted
to the local WBKiosk Coop. for review and endorsement. Purpose:
Help others & gain market exposure.
Objectives of Partnership
- Increase market exposure for our Wall Beds, related products,
& Host location
- Create new Retail Profit Center for Host Site
- Create residual income for market representatives, host sites
and mission alliance
- Create "Web Net" of WB Kiosk and retail Host Sites
for synergism in our direct marketing.
